Minimum requirements must be met or the equivalent of will be charged. Final guests counts exceeded attendance will be subject to charging for additional attendance if additional food must be prepared to accommodate. Changes in attendance may be subject to additional charges. A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all food requests with the balance being due at the final count 2 weeks prior to the event. No refunds are issued in changes to attendance or menu after 2 week final count. By Law PA Sales Tax of 6% will be added to the final bill. All packages are subject to a 20% service charge. Prices subject to change without notice, menu items subject to substitution with or without client permission. . Special menu requests can be made, but may be subject to an up charge. All packages include set up, clean up, and all paper products. Upgrades for dishes, linens, glassware are available for additional fee.
