All Catering Requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event, with final guaranteed guest count and full payment for all catered food ordered.  Minimum requirements must be met or the equivalent of will be charged.    If any changes occur after that time guest will be charged for the original guarantee or the overage of attendance.  A 50 % deposit is required at the time of ordering.  Refunds in the amount of 25% will be refunded on cancelled events prior to 2 week final submission after 2 week final submission no refunds will be given.  By LawNJ Sales Tax in the amount of 7% will be added to the final bill (tax exempt does not apply to prepared foods.)  All packages will be subject to a 20% gratuity.  Prices subject to change without notice, menu items subject to substitution in supply emergency with or with out client permission.
